Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

Servy offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial.

During the trial period, you have full access to all features of the platform. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation and no charges.

If you do not select a paid plan before the trial ends, your account will be paused automatically. No payment will be collected.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with Servy within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

After the 7-day guarantee period has passed, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to all features until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for time already paid.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund.

After the 14-day guarantee period has passed, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current annual period.

You will retain full access to all features until your annual subscription period expires.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@servy.uz with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Servy account
  • The reason for your refund request

Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5-10 business days. All refunds are handled through Paddle, our payment processor, and will be returned to your original payment method.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Terms of Service violations — Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Partial month usage — No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period after the money-back guarantee window has closed.
  • Plan downgrades mid-cycle — Downgrading to a lower-priced plan does not generate a refund for the difference. The new pricing takes effect at the next billing cycle.

6. Plan Changes

Upgrades — When you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrades — When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's limits until then.
